    Felipe came to our home to discuss our options for the water leak in the basement and provided a couple of options, including a full basement drain system and a smaller, problem-area specific system. He’s the kind of guy you would feel you could invite over with his family. We knew that day, that if we decided to do any such system, that All-Dry would be doing it. We opted for the full basement drainage system and we were able to get it scheduled in a timely manner. Alex (the crew lead) and his crew were on time pleasant, and easy to work with. They took great care to cover all remaining items in the basement, and hung plastic sheeting in the hallway to prevent any dust from transferring to the rest of the house. After the first day of work, the perimeter trench was fully opened and was a bit shocking to look at, but by the end of the second day, (and they finished earlier than expected) you would never know anything was done besides the new concrete patch on the trench and the new sump pump system. Cleanup was impeccable and we had nothing further to do. I would definitely use All-Dry again, but thanks to their expertise in execution of the job, I won’t have to do so.

    I have used All Dry twice to address issues at my home both internally and externally. Felipe was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and provided a variety of options with no sales pressure. The crew, led by Alex, was fantastic to work with. They did an excellent job, finished a day earlier than anticipated and left the work area inside of my home in pristine condition. I highly recommend Felipe, Alex and the All Dry team.

    I’d give more stars if I could. My house was built in 1902 just recently like last year into this year my basement started flooding not high enough but enough to use a wet dry vac. After lengthy research I landed upon All Dry Basement Systems. Felipe came out looked at the basement. Felipe called me with a quote I accepted the work got done. The crew was AAA+.

    I am so happy that we decided to go with All Dry Basement of CT. We were given a very fair price, the work was done in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up and the crew was great. I first got an estimate from Joe, who did a great drawing and gave us a very detailed estimate. We needed some time to do some work in the basement before they came in. Joe had told us that he was retiring, so when we were finally ready to do the job and make some changes to the original plan, Felipe came by and he was just as great as Joe. Hopefully we will not have any more water issues, but based on other reviews I’m very optimistic. Thank you!

    All the other 5 star reviews are right on! This is a superb company that does excellent work. Joe Montouri is a pleasure to deal with. He really cares about you and your water problem. The day after I called, Joe sent Alex to my house to repair an 8′ crack in my foundation wall. He arrived at 10AM – the exact appointment time – and did a great job of sealing the crack. Be assured All Dry is a company you can rely on.

    Wow, wow, wow. These guys are awesome. Joe came out to my house and spent plenty of time explaining how my foundation was poured and the best way to address a water issue. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest. The crew came out on the work day and did an amazing job. The crew leader, Alex, clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.     This company. Wow! I mistakenly called them not realizing they were in CT (we are VERY far from there). Joe called me back, knowing we were out of state, and I expected him to say, “we don’t service your area” and just hang up (as other companies do!) Instead he proceeded to give us quality service, and all of his professional knowledge. Knowing he could not give us business, he still helped us and went over and above.     In December 2019 when we had all that rain the system that All Dried Basements put in pumped 4230 gallons of water in 24 hours. Prior to the installation all that water would have been in our basement. The installation was neat clean and extremely professional. A great cruise to have work in your house.

    The first thing I liked was that the salesman came out to my house and not only inspected my basement, but the outside of the property as well. After his examination, he told me what I needed to do to stop the water problem I was having in my basement. He then began to calculate how much the job was going to cost. He gave me the cost on the spot and then told me that he would email me a proper analysis and proposal along with a drawing of the job. He had no idea at the time that I already had two other contractors come out to look at the job. At no time did he try to put pressure on me to sign a contract or give him a deposit. He just asked me when I planned to begin the project. He also suggested that I look up companies on the internet to see who May have complaints about their work. He really knew what he was talking about and gained my trust.
    In any event, All Dry Basement Systems had the best price. I went with them and the crew was excellent. They worked fast and left the place cleaner than I thought possible for the type of work that they do.
    I would recommend them in to anyone with a basement problem.
